Wellness in the Wild: Nature-Based Reset for Teams
Wellness in the Wild offers a nature-based retreat in the heart of West Sussex (only 1 hour from London Victoria) designed to help your team unplug, unwind, and reconnect with nature. This half-day retreat combines mindfulness in nature, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra to reduce stress, enhance wellbeing, and promote a sense of calm and clarity.
The Experience
Your retreat begins with a mindful walk through scenic natural surroundings. After grounding ourselves in nature, we’ll dive into a gentle breathwork practice, followed by a calming Yoga Nidra session to reset both body and mind.

This half-day retreat (3.5 hours, 11am to 2.30pm) is priced at £45 per person. We recommend a minimum of 6 participants for an optimal experience. The retreat is suitable for groups of up to 15 people, ensuring a comfortable, intimate environment for all attendees.
