Lucy Walter
Certified Guided Meditation and Breathwork Instructor | Composer
Lucy's journey into Breathwork and mindfulness began in 2020 during Covid in an online Kundalini yoga class. Balancing the demands of motherhood while stepping back from her career as a songwriter and music producer, she faced the effects of stress. The class provided a much needed moment of relief, igniting her interest in meditation, as well as the power of the breath and sound for relaxation and wellbeing.
Over the following six years, Lucy deepened her practice, studying Breathwork, Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation, Sound therapy, and Mindfulness techniques. She now works with clients, combining these disciplines to create Guided Sound Meditations using sound bowls, chimes, voice and silence which have proven to improve sleep, calm the mind, increase focus and boost overall wellbeing.
