Lucy's journey into Breathwork and mindfulness began in 2020 during Covid in an online Kundalini yoga class. Balancing the demands of motherhood while stepping back from her career as a songwriter and music producer, she faced a loss of identity and the effects of stress. The class provided a much needed moment of relief, igniting her interest in meditation, as well as the power of the breath for relaxation and wellbeing.
Over the following four years, Lucy deepened her practice, studying Breathwork, Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation, Sound therapy, and Mindfulness techniques. She now works with clients, combining these disciplines to create tailor made breathing practices to improve sleep, calm the mind, increase focus, disrupt negative thought patterns, improve respiratory health, release unprocessed emotions, foster emotional resilience and boost overall wellbeing.
Her mission is to empower others with practical tools using the power of the breath- tools they can use anytime, anywhere.
